Children With Disability NZ is a registered charity dedicated to creating a future where children with disabilities are seen, heard, and included—from the playground to the storybook. We work tirelessly to ensure all children, regardless of ability, have equal opportunities to play, imagine, and connect with their community.

Leadership Driven by Lived Experience

Our mission is guided by Glen McMillan, a passionate advocate whose understanding of disability is both personal and profound. After becoming a disabled child at age 10, Glen has spent decades transforming his experience into a force for change.

A creative digital strategist, Glen leverages his expertise in web design and SEO to champion inclusion. He builds online platforms that normalise disability and ensure our message of inclusion reaches every corner of New Zealand.
